| Gain an understanding of client satisfaction and attitude towards benefits |
Analyse
| Generate and distribute a detailed request for proposal to all carriers active in the
Group Insurance Market |
| Review contract provisions to maximize the return on the premium invested and to ensure benefits are tax effective |
Propose
| Recommendations are delivered, which include the Market Survey results, a
comparison of rates, administration fees, plan expenses, reserves, trend factors, and
contract provisions |
Partner
| Upon acceptance of our recommendations a partnership evolves |
| Assist in the completion of all documents required to ensure a smooth transfer from
one carrier to another |
| Perform an Employee Meeting to distribute Welcome Kit, introduce the new plan, reduce confusion and improve plan appreciation |
Assist
| Assist in conflict resolution with respect to claims, billing, enrolments, terminations,
and general administration |
| Quarterly Claims Reports, Quarterly Newsletter, Annual Renewal Presentation and
Annual Employee Meetings |
| Propose, arrange and implement plan design amendments |
