Our Privacy Policy, as outlined below, describes our commitment to the privacy of our clients and the need to protect confidential personal information.

BenSol Consulting is responsible for the personal information in its control, including information that may be transferred to a service provider performing services for, or on behalf of BenSol Consulting. A designated individual is accountable to ensure BenSol Consulting complies with the Privacy Policy.

Every reasonable measure is taken to ensure all personal information is securely stored with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Individual Access

An individual can request to be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of their personal information and appropriate access to such information will be granted. An individual may challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and if found to be incorrect, we will correct it.
